As of now, Conductix-Wampfler is offering their BoxLine 0842 box-type conductor rail as a Stock&Go variant. This extends the Stock&Go program of the world's leading manufacturer of systems for energy and data transmission for mobile consumers to conductor rails as well. It has already been on the market successfully for several years with spring cable reels, used for nearly any lifting and conveying equipment such as gantry cranes, grippers, lifting magnets, and mobile cranes, in addition to lifting and work platforms, machine carriages, transfer carriages, and sludge scrapers in sewage treatment plants. The core ideas of the Stock&Go program is modular construction and use of standardized system components, which not only significantly shorten delivery times, but also enables simple system layout and fast pricing directly by the customer through the Conductix-Wampfler webshop or using selection tables and unique numeric codes.

Rapid electrification of overhead bridge cranes

Conductix-Wampfler designed its popular 0842 box-type conductor rail for indoor and outdoor use, preferably on straight tracks. The universal system is used for many applications, but is particularly well-suited for the electrification of crane systems. The adjustable, rotating snap-in hangar clamps guarantee fast, reliable installation. Thanks to the four connection options the box-type conductor rails are very flexible. Their contact protection also meets all relevant international standards.

Delivery in two to three days

Box-type conductor rail as a Stock&Go variant is very specifically tailored to the supply of EOT cranes. Conductix-Wampfler offers the standardized series in 35, 60, 100, and 140-ampere ratings. With four-meter-long rail segments, four- or five-pole conductor rail systems can be implemented for tracked installations up to 100 meters in length. System components include rail segments, rotatable and adjustable snap-in type hangar clamps, end feed for the left or right stop, roller-guided collector trolleys in four- and five-pole variants with three meters of connection cable, chain towing arm and with angle clamping connection alternative including installation tools for 35 and 60 ampere systems, or joint clamping connection as the reliable connection system for 100- and 140-ampere systems. 

Customers can also optionally order installation material with their order, such as perforated support arms and non-twisting girder clamping claws for simple installation on the transverse beam. A clearly defined online configuration system can be used to carry out system layout and ordering directly through the Conductix-Wampfler webshop. Delivery takes place within two to three days.
