Conductix-Wampfler GmbH is planning to acquire LJU Automatisierungstechnik GmbH from Grenzebach Maschinenbau GmbH. A respective contract was signed by both parties on 14th November 2017. Subject to the approval of the merger control authorities, the takeover should be completed by the end of this year.
The Corporate Games took place on July 1/2 in Annecy, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France, with companies from the most varied fields competing against one another. The Conductix-Wampfler group with a total of 97 members took part in the games.
